Ordering Policy
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, internet, e-mail or in person
Allow 48 hours for processing of Internet Orders.
Purchase Orders MUST be made on official school district forms. PO’s must include shipping charges. Please request written quote.
Special Order Policy
The term ‘special order’ refers to items not in our current inventory
50% non-refundable payment required
There are no returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on special order items
Minimum quantities may apply on some items
Delivery time is NOT guaranteed, allow 6 – 8 weeks
Colors, fabric, etc may not match samples shown
Appointment required for measurements
Customer must sign-off special orders
Special orders not picked up within 30 days will forfeit deposit
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Checks with ID, Cash, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Government Purchase Orders.
$35.00 NSF charge on returned checks
Terms are 30 Days Net for official purchase orders

Refund and Exchange Policy
No Refunds given. Store credit or exchanges with receipt within 7 business days.
Shipping charges will not be refunded
No returns or exchange on the following items: CD’s, DVD’s, Sheet Music, Earrings, Pantyhose, Braids, Bloomers, Leotards, Clearance, Discounted, Sale Items or Special Orders.
20% restocking fee applied for 7 days with receipt
String Policy
Defective strings replaced within 3 days. Must return string and receipt
Instrument Policy
We recommend instruments be shipped with case
Instruments warranted for 30 days from manufacture defects
Price Policy – The Mariachi Connection will match or beat any competitor’s legitimate published price quote on similar quality merchandise.
