You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment?s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Standard Service by United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. Daily cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. (CST) Monday-Friday. Not all services available in all areas.
Please call for oversize, special services or multi-package shipping. Allow 10-14 days for delivery. Not liable for misdirected or late packages.
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
NO Refunds given. Store Credit or exchange will be issued with receipt, within 7 business days. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
No Returns or exchanges on the following items: CD’s DVD’s, Sheet Music, Earrings, Pantyhose, Braids, Bloomers, Leotards, Clearance, Discounted, Sale items, or
Special orders. 20% Restocking Fee applied after 7 days with receipt.
