This set are the silvered copper strings of the GRN-3 set. The specially formulated silver coating reacts better most players' pH. The combination of better pH reaction and a sound that Stays true to its copper counterpart, make this the most popular set in the line.
GRN-3: MEDIUM-HEAVY- Its' metal strings are always silvered copper and it has the fullest sound of all the series, with the metal strings very bright. This is an excellent set for a standard #2 type instrument of high quality. Accomplished players who want a full sound will like these. They are slightly harder to play than the others and are not recommended for a #3 long scale instrument.
